Team and permissions

Everyone in your company has their own account, created by the owner or the administration. For each person you decide which areas they can access: sales, finance, goods and team. Each person belongs to one or more departments, and you can give a task to a whole department.

Your AI agent

Connect your AI agent, such as Claude or ChatGPT, and ask about your business in your own words. It works with your permissions or as a member of your company, with its own permissions. Set to “Write”, it also creates and changes records, issues quotes and invoices and records payments. On “Full” it also deletes, archives, cancels and changes settings.

ord1nary runs on servers in the European Union, under the GDPR, and the backups stay in the EU too. The apps and this website contain no analytics, advertising or tracking services.
