Let your AI agent create and change records

  • CustomersAdd all customers from this Excel sheet.
  • TasksCreate a task to call the customer for each overdue invoice.

There are three levels. “Read” answers your questions. “Write” creates and changes leads, customers, contacts, tasks, quotes, orders and invoices, issues quotes and invoices, confirms orders, records payments, records and reviews expenses and books stock movements. “Full” also deletes, archives, cancels and changes settings; issued documents are cancelled, never deleted. Whatever the AI agent does is treated as your own change and recorded under your name.

When you connect, you first choose how much the AI agent may reach, “All areas” or “Selected”, then the level. You can change both at any time in the app under Settings → Connections → AI Connections, and the administration sets the highest level for each person.

Disconnect at any time

You see and revoke your connections in the app under Settings → Connections → AI Connections. The owner can revoke any connection in the company and switch AI connections off for the whole company.

If something does not work

My AI agent cannot connect.

Check that you copied the whole link. On ChatGPT Plus, Go and Free, use the ChatGPT app on your computer.

The AI agent no longer gets answers from ord1nary.

A connection ends when it is revoked in ord1nary, when the owner switches AI connections off, or after a password change. Connect again and sign in.

The AI agent cannot create or change anything.

Check that the connection is set to “Write” or “Full” and that your AI access allows that level. Some AI agents show writing only after you reload or reconnect the connection.

Claude does not let me add ord1nary.

On Claude Free you can add one connection of your own. Remove the other one first, or use a paid plan. In Claude Team and Enterprise, the owner of your organization adds ord1nary first.

Does the connection cost extra?

No. It is included in every ord1nary plan. The plan of your AI agent is separate.
